Daniele Pozzo

Daniele Pozzo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniele is currently working at RINA as the Strategic Streams Director since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Strategic Streams Business Development Director - Industry BU at RINA from March 2022 to February 2023. Daniele also worked as the Head of Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability Business Development at RINA from May 2020 to March 2022, and as the Corporate Digital Transformation Senior Manager from July 2019 to May 2020. Before joining RINA, they were the Head Of Business Development and Senior Business Development Manager at a company called MTI. Daniele also worked as a Business Manager at MTI, where they were responsible for business development in the field of materials, technology, and innovation. Daniele previously held the role of Business Developer at D'Appolonia from June 2016 to June 2017 and served as a Managerial Engineer in the "Innovation Consulting" Business Division at D'Appolonia from November 2009 to June 2016. Daniele also has experience working as a Digital Champion for the Municipality of Recco (GE) at Digital Champions Italia from January 2015 to January 2016. Daniele started their career as a Trainee at Artemide from November 2008 to March 2009.

Daniele Pozzo has a master's degree in Management Engineering from the University of Genoa, which they obtained from 2002 to 2009. In 2013, they attended an MBA course in Organizational Behavior at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. In 2016, they completed the Think On Your Feet® Course at Bridge Partners®. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management. In 2021, they participated in the Strategic Sales Program III Edition at SDA Bocconi. Lastly, in 2023, they studied Negoziazione e Gestione dei Conflitti at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
