Federica Cugnach

Federica Cugnach is an experienced Energy Sustainability Project Manager at RINA, focusing on international energy efficiency, energy transition, and sustainability projects in the power generation, industry, and oil & gas sectors since August 2019. In this role, Federica manages projects from the bid phase to contract completion, provides technical assistance for reporting, organizes promotional and training activities, and oversees budget management. Prior to RINA, Federica held positions as a Deputy Project Manager for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a Junior Project Engineer at Fisia Italimpianti, and a Customer Satisfaction Manager and Quality Project Manager at Ansaldo Energia. Federica holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, obtained in December 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, completed in March 2015.
