Ivan Vodkadzhiev

Ivan Vodkadzhiev is a seasoned Marine Manager at RINA's Varna office, with a career spanning over a decade in marine surveying. Since September 2016, Ivan has held the role of Senior Marine Surveyor at RINA, following prior experience as an Appointed Surveyor at Isthmus Bureau of Shipping, where responsibilities included performing statutory surveys on various vessels. Ivan's expertise further includes work as a Marine Surveyor for the Bulgarian Register of Shipping, conducting class and statutory surveys. With academic qualifications from the Technical University of Varna, including a Doctor's Degree focused on corrosion assessment of bulk carrier deck structures, and experience as a PhD Student in Lisbon, Ivan brings a strong technical foundation in naval architecture and marine engineering to the field.
