Michele Rezzano

Michele Rezzano began their work experience in 2006 as a Shipping Manager at Enterprise Shipping Agency. In 2008, they transitioned to RINA, where they served as a Financial Controller until 2010. From 2010 until 2020, Michele held the role of Controller, coordination offices abroad at RINA. Currently, they are the Head of HR strategies and policies at RINA, a position they have held since 2020.

Michele Rezzano obtained a degree in management marittimo e portuale from laurea specialistica in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a laurea triennale in economia marittima e dei trasporti with a specialization in Economia internazionale from 2001 to 2004. Michele completed their secondary education at Liceo scientifico Pacinotti, graduating with a Liceo scientifico degree from 1996 to 2001.
