Elton Kong

Elton Kong is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on genomic assays and molecular biology. Currently serving as Senior Scientist II at Ring Therapeutics since October 2021, Elton leads the development of assays for drug substance release. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at BioAgilytix, overseeing GxP molecular assays, and various scientific positions at CRISPR Therapeutics, where Elton specialized in translational pharmacology and CRISPR technology. Elton has also contributed to gene therapy programs at Genzyme, designed antibody libraries at Janssen, and utilized recombinant DNA technology at Merck. Elton's academic background includes a Master of Science in Pharmacology from Jefferson Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Pharmacology from the University at Buffalo.
