Jeff Moore

Jeff Moore is currently the AVP of Global Advanced Support at RingCentral, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at OpenText, where Jeff served in various leadership roles including Vice President of Cloud Technical Support Strategy & Programs and Senior Director of Managed Cloud Support, focusing on service readiness, incident management, and customer support for SAAS products. Previous positions include Director of Customer Support and Senior Manager of Product Support at Vignette, as well as early career roles in technical support and training at RAS Group and Decision Consultants Inc. Jeff's foundational experience began with service in the United States Army Reserve. Educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Austin and graduation from Livingston High School.
