Marcin Zakidalski

Marcin Zakidalski is a highly experienced software engineer with a background in media and finance, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ringier Axel Springer Polska since December 2020, where Marcin has developed a recommendation engine for personalized content. Previously, Marcin was a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from October 2014 to December 2020, working on various financial projects, including a creditworthiness assessment module and a liquidity risk application. Earlier roles include software engineering positions at IBM, Thomson Reuters, and OptiX, contributing to significant projects such as a full-stack system for a retail bank and the widely used Kondor+ trade and risk management solution. Marcin holds two Master’s Degrees in Management (finance & banking) and Computer Science (software engineering & database management) from Gdańsk University of Technology.
