Ric Mitro

Ric Mitro has over three decades of experience in sales and management roles in the plumbing industry. Ric started their career at Ferguson Enterprises as a Manager Trainee/Sales and later worked at Lasco Bathware as a Regional Sales Manager. At Delta Faucet Company, they served as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a large sales team and achieving consistent growth in sales and profitability. Mitro then became the National Sales Manager at Ronbow before joining Rinnai America Corporation, where they held various positions, including Area Sales Manager and Director of National Accounts. Throughout their career, Mitro has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, consistently exceeding corporate expectations and driving business growth.

Ric Mitro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Virginia University, completing their education between 1980 and 1984.
