Casey McKeon

Casey McKeon is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in permitting, approvals, and environmental management. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for both Permitting and Approvals and Environment at Rio Tinto since September 2019, Casey has previously held various roles, including Environmental Manager, Superintendent, Supervisor, and Advisor at Resolution Copper from April 2005 to September 2019. Prior to that, a position as Research Specialist was held at The University of Arizona from November 2000 to March 2005. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Soil, Water and Environmental Science (Soil Remediation), an M.S. in Soil, Water, and Environmental Science, and a B.S. in Microbiology, all earned from the University of Arizona between 1991 and 2003.
