Laura Tucker (she, her)

Laura Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Laura is currently working as the Senior Director of Program Management at Rion since March 2023. Previously, they held positions at Finch Therapeutics as the Senior Director of CMC Program Management from March 2022 to February 2023, and as the Director of CMC Program Management from July 2019 to March 2022. Laura also worked at bluebird bio as the Associate Director of CMC Operations and Strategic Planning from September 2016 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Pharming Group N.V. as a Project Manager from October 2015 to September 2016, and at Shire Pharmaceuticals as a Program Manager for mRNA Therapy from January 2014 to October 2015. Laura also held positions at Shire Human Genetic Therapies, Cirrus Pharmaceuticals, BioMerieux, Inc, Community Hospital of Rocky Mount, and Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital in various roles related to scientific research and medical laboratory technology.

Laura Tucker attended Norwich University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. From 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Biotechnology program at Harvard University through the Extension School Master's Program. In addition to their formal education, Laura has also obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
