Nicholas Cruz

Nicholas Cruz has a diverse work experience. Nicholas began their career in 2009 as a Sales Fronter for Pinnacle Health Insurance. In 2013, they were elected to serve as the Alumni Trustee on the County College of Morris Board of Trustees. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Collegiate Sun, and then in 2015 they were an Account Executive for Indeed.com. In 2016, they worked as a Solutions Engagement Supervisor for UPS. From 2010 to 2020, they were a Martial Arts Instructor for K-Dojo MMA. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Institutional Effectiveness Student Aide for County College of Morris and an IT Technician for Xaccel Networks LLC. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Bench Supervisor and Service Desk Technician for Strategic Micro Systems, and is currently a Project Manager for RIP ROAD, Inc.

Nicholas Cruz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Sales from William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2014 to 2015. Nicholas then went on to obtain an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from County College of Morris from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they returned to County College of Morris and is currently in the process of obtaining an Information Technology degree, with a focus in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021, and is expected to obtain a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022, as well as a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022.
