Alex Fielding

Alex Fielding has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Alex began their career in 1999 as a West Coast Manager Platinum Network Engineering and Sr. Staff Engineer at Exodus Communications. In 2001, they co-founded Wheels of Zeus with Steve Wozniak, serving as the CTO and an advisor. In 2009, they became the Chief Technology Officer of Power Assure, Inc., where they architected solutions for use within the US Government and created a global partner strategy. In 2011, they served as an Advisor to the CTO of Piston Cloud Computing, Inc. In 2013, they became the Vice President Federal & Energy at Vigilent, where they optimized mission critical cooling. In 2014, they founded and served as the Director and CEO of Ripcord. In 2018, they served as a Robotics Advisor on the Advisory Board of Astra and a Mentor at Orange. Finally, in 2021, they became the CEO & Chairman of Privateer Space.

Alex Fielding is a Founding Member of Singularity University. Alex attended Stanford University from 2017 to 2019, where they completed a Continuing Education program in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Alex also has a connection to San Jose State University.
