Laura Flanagan

CEO at Ripple Foods

Laura Flanagan is the CEO of Ripple Foods. Prior to joining Ripple Foods, Laura served as the CEO of Foster Farms from August 2016 to February 2019. As the CEO of Foster Farms, Laura was responsible for overseeing the leading branded poultry provider in the western United States, with over $2B in sales, 12,000 employees, and 13 production facilities across seven states. Before their time at Foster Farms, Laura served as a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Core-Mark International from July 2016 to March 2022. Laura began their career in 2001 as a Brand Director at Quaker Oats before moving on to PepsiCo in 2005, where they served as VP Marketing/CMO Tropicana Shelf Stable Juices from January 2005 to December 2008. In 2008, Laura transitioned to ConAgra Foods, where they served as President of the Snacks Division from January 2008 to December 2014. After leaving ConAgra Foods, Laura consulted for several private equity firms on due diligence for acquisition targets from June 2014 to July 2016.

Laura Flanagan holds a BS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and has completed coursework in Corporate Governance: Effectiveness and Accountability in the Boardroom at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to their collegiate studies, Laura attended St. Vincent - St. Mary High School.
