Neil Smith

Neil Smith is a seasoned professional in technical management and integration engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager for Central Banks at Ripple since January 2016. Prior roles at Ripple include Senior Staff Partner Engineer for the APAC & Japan regions and Senior Manager of Integration Engineering for APAC & Middle East. Prior to Ripple, Neil contributed as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and held various engineering and architectural positions at NetApp, NAB, and ICE Systems, the latter being a co-founded venture specializing in systems integration across Australia and New Zealand. Early career experience includes a Sales Engineer role at Centari Systems, a leading Hewlett-Packard reseller. Neil holds a Master of Business Administration in Computing and a Graduate Certificate in Management (Information Technology) from Charles Sturt University.
