Simon Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product implementation and customer success. Currently serving as Manager of Global Product Implementation at Rippling since April 2024, Simon previously held the position of Head of Implementation Services at Intercom, where collaboration with the Data Science and Monetization team led to the development of a go-to-market strategy for Onboarding Services. With a proven track record in managing global teams and strategic customer relationships, Simon has also held roles at Canva as Customer Success Lead, Fusion Yearbooks as Head of Sales & Growth, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness in Business Development & Analyst roles, and BlueChip Communication as Commercial Manager. Educationally, Simon holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from University College Dublin.
