Liz Crawford is an experienced educator and program manager with a focus on interdisciplinary skill-building in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as an Educator in Public and Academic Programs at the RISD Museum since July 2019, Liz has developed programs tailored for higher education and Clinical Arts audiences, while also engaging with continuing education participants. Previous roles include consulting for the Institute for Trauma, Adversity, & Resilience in Higher Education at Massachusetts Bay Community College, and program management positions at Brown University's Sheridan Center for Teaching & Learning. Liz's career also includes positions at notable institutions such as the San Francisco Art Institute and SFMOMA, along with earlier roles at various art and educational organizations. Liz holds a Master of Arts in Public Humanities from Brown University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Studio Art and French from the University of Vermont, as well as a Bachelor of Art in Studio Art from The Marchutz School of Art.
