Troy Held

Troy Held is a seasoned technical program manager and quality control specialist with extensive experience in telecommunications and IT. Currently employed at Rise Broadband since April 2013, Troy has held multiple roles, including Field Operations Supervisor and Network Field Infrastructure Lead, overseeing the management of tower networks and quality control programs. Prior experience includes ownership of TDH Technologies, providing comprehensive IT solutions, and serving in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Maintenance Technician, where responsibilities included managing data processing equipment for deployed aircraft. Additional roles in IT support at Siemens IT Solutions and Entre Computer Solutions have further enhanced Troy's technical expertise. Troy attended Rock Valley College from 2010 to 2012.
