Brett Johnson

As Director of Human Resources, Brett Johnson brings over a decade of HR experience in the property management/development and healthcare industries. Working closely with the Executive Team, he is responsible for all aspects of the personnel function for the company which includes implementing human resource management strategies that enable RISE to recruit, train, and retain a talented, engaged, and motivated workforce. Brett specializes in talent management, employee relations, benefits, worker’s compensation, leave management, and payroll.
