Leo Campbell attended Penn State University from 1988 to 1990, studying Communication, General. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1988, they attended Central Islip. Leo Campbell, obtained their SPHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014 and became a Franklin Covey Client Facilitator in 2000.
