A few examples of their previous experiences include CEO and President at CPR, General Counsel at Roivant Sciences, Executive Vice President at Eisai US, Partner and Chair of the Life Sciences Group at Kaye Scholer LLP, Managing Director of Risk Management at Morgan Stanley, and Director at CIBC World Markets. They have also worked in a variety of different industries such as healthcare, finance, law, and marketing. Furthermore, the board members have received education from some of the most prestigious schools in the country including Dartmouth College, University at Buffalo, The George Washington University, Fordham University School of Law, Harvard Business School, Harvard College, and Columbia University School of Public Health.
