Carlin Cole

Carlin Cole began their career in 2007 as a Pre-K Assistant Teacher (Part Time) at Hickory Heights Child Development Center. In 2008, they took on a Financial Analyst / Staff (Part Time) role at The McGarity House. In 2010, Carlin joined Blackbaud as a Customer Support Principal. Carlin then became a Support Systems Project Manager, where they served as the main point of contact for requirements and process design for the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud. Carlin was then promoted to Senior Product Support Lead, where they prioritized issues and new features with Product Management and helped deliver fixes for their clients. Carlin also served as a Support Specialist, cross-training to support FundWare, The Education Edge, & The Financial Edge. In 2021, Carlin joined risk3sixty as a Product Manager, working with an extremely talented team to create Phalanx GRC, a product that revolutionizes the way GRC and risk management professionals work. Additionally, they serve as a Consultant | Customer Success Lead.

Carlin Cole attended Carson-Newman University from 2006-2007 before transferring to Kennesaw State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance in 2010. In addition, Cole has obtained several certifications, including a Product-led Certification from Mind the Product in September 2022, a PSPO I from Scrum.org in December 2021, a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge Foundation Training and a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge V4 from the Cloud Security Alliance in July 2021, and a Lean Practitioner in April 2016.
