Alastair McColl began their work experience in 2012 as a CAD Manager at Zeta Compliance Group plc. Alastair then joined Zeta Services in 2014, where they served as an Office Manager and later as a Business Support Manager. In this role, they led and managed the business support and administration teams, provided support to account managers and the finance department, and assisted with month-end revenue closing.

In 2019, McColl joined Clearview Continuity as a Service Delivery Specialist. In this position, they took ownership of client-reported issues, ensured prompt and accurate resolution, and maintained high levels of customer care. Alastair also coordinated with internal clients and technical team members for effective communication with end clients.

Moving on to Castellan Solutions in 2020, McColl initially held the position of Customer Success Manager. Alastair was then promoted to Digital Customer Success Manager in 2021. Alastair'sresponsibilities included ensuring customer success, onboarding, growth, and retention.

Currently, McColl is employed by Riskonnect, Inc. as a Customer Success professional, with a focus on customer onboarding, growth, and retention. Alastair aims to establish long-term partnerships with clients and facilitate their ongoing journey towards success.

From 2006 to 2009, Alastair McColl attended the University of the West of Scotland, where they pursued a degree in BA / BSc Computer Animation with Digital Art. The field of study for this degree is not specified.
