Geraldine Trouve has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Geraldine started their career in 1999 as an intern at APHP, where they worked as a Consultant in Law for European Affairs for a brief period. In 2000, they joined Worldwide Assistance Inc. as a Quality Assurance Analyst, contributing to the company's quality control processes until 2006.

In 2006, Geraldine joined CS STARS as a System Consultant, focusing on the EMEA region. Geraldine held this role for seven years, utilizing their expertise in risk management solutions and providing valuable consulting services to clients.

In 2013, Geraldine took up a position at STARS (an MMC company) as a Senior System Consultant and AVP. In this role, they excelled at designing, developing, and implementing risk management solutions for various EMEA clients. Geraldine also played a crucial role in establishing strong relationships between the Client Executive and Account team, ensuring a seamless integrated approach to risk management. Geraldine left the company in 2014.

Following their tenure at STARS, Geraldine joined Riskonnect, Inc. in 2014 as a Senior Account Manager. Geraldine held this position until 2019, during which they successfully managed key client accounts and fostered long-term relationships. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, showcasing their ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Later the same year, they took on the role of Manager, Success Services, further demonstrating their leadership and management skills.
