Kimberley Tarpley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at Northwestern Oklahoma State University from 1992 to 1995, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution.

In addition to their educational background, Kimberley Tarpley also holds certifications in the field of manicuring. Kimberley became a licensed Manicurist in September 1999, and later obtained a certification as a Manicurist Instructor from TDLR in July 2012.
