Paul Panayis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul has worked as a Senior Scrum Master at Riskonnect, Inc., where they played a crucial role in implementing and promoting the Scrum framework within the organization. Paul introduced several initiatives to improve work visibility, collaboration, and professional development for developers.

Paul Panayis has a strong education background in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, and Physics. Paul completed their BSc (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence from Middlesex University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC HND in Engineering from Nene College of Further Education from 1988 to 1990. In 1986 to 1988, they completed their A Levels in Maths, Computer Science, and Physics from Lings Upper School.

In addition to their formal education, Paul has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a SAFe 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Paul also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in the same year. Furthermore, in 1986, they achieved MENSA membership from Mensa International.
