Chandler Schexnayder

Chandler Schexnayder has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chandler began their career as a Senior Wireless Consultant at Alltel Wireless, Verizon (CSOKI), where they provided wireless solutions to both business and residential customers. Chandler also led and developed a sales team to exceed sales goals and quotas. Chandler then moved on to TMX Finance Family of Companies, where they served as the Sr. Manager of People Analytics & Workforce Planning. In this role, they conducted research on recruiting trends, created and reviewed ROIs for projects, and managed the implementation of new systems. Following that, they worked at JCB North America as a Data Analyst, responsible for creating and implementing daily supply chain reporting and maintaining customers' open orders. Chandler then joined SANY America as the Sales Operations Manager, where they managed a team specializing in direct sales, national accounts, and municipal deals. Chandler created and analyzed inventory availability, reported monthly goals to the executive team, and estimated time to fill for the team. Chandler is currently working as a Project Manager Lead at Ritchie Bros., where they lead projects and ensures their successful completion.

Chandler Schexnayder completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from DeVry University. Chandler attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1998 to 2002, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
