Bill Engen

Bill Engen has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Bill began their work experience at Circuit City in 1999, where they served as the Director of New Concept Development and later as the Director of Retail Operations and Transformation. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Retail Operations until their departure in 2009. Engen then joined 7-Eleven, starting as the Senior Director of Operations before advancing to Vice President of the Chesapeake Division and eventually becoming the SVP of East Operations. Bill left 7-Eleven in 2014 to become the Chief Operating Officer at Wingstop Restaurants. In 2016, Engen joined Petco as the SVP of Real Estate and Veterinary Hospitals until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of SVP of Retail Operations at RITE AID, a role they began in June 2020.

Bill Engen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre Law from Northeastern Illinois University between 1992 and 1995.
