Jennifer Keagy

Jennifer Keagy has extensive work experience in talent and associate experience, learning and talent development, instructional design, teaching excellence, curriculum development, systems training, sales training, and education. Jennifer has held roles as the VP of Talent and Associate Experience at RITE AID, the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Development at RITE AID, the Senior Director of Statewide Instructional Design for the Commonwealth Campuses of Penn State at Penn State University, the Director of The Center for Teaching Excellence at Penn State University, the Senior Manager of Curriculum Development at RITE AID, the Systems Trainer II at the Administrative Offices of the PA Courts, the Sales Training Specialist at Brady Corporation, and the Assistant Director of Education at Kaplan Career Institute-Harrisburg. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Training Specialist at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Jennifer Keagy has a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University. Jennifer also holds a Masters Certification in Training and Development from Penn State University, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, Jennifer earned a BA in Psychology from The College of Wooster. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as Humble Leadership from LinkedIn and DDI Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
