Jim Malafronte

From 2006 to 2013, Jim worked at HRC Advisory North America as a Vice President and Partner, where they provided business solutions in areas such as retail operations, workforce management, and data analytics. Jim then served as the Vice President Retail Practice at Verint from 2013 to 2014, leading the strategy for the company's video business analytics initiatives.

In 2015, Jim held the role of Senior Retail Strategist at Wilson Perumal & Company, where they focused on integrating various aspects of clients' businesses for overall performance. Jim also worked at Workforce Insight from 2015 to 2019 as the Principal Retail Solutions, overseeing strategic workforce management consulting and implementation services.
