Kate Harle is a marketing director and communications consultant with experience working in the Bay Area theatre scene and with non-profit organizations. Kate has a passion for building relationships and creating meaningful connections with their audience.
Kate began their career as a marketing and communications consultant with the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Company (SFBATCO). In this role, they were responsible for building and implementing the company's 2019/2020 marketing strategy. This included overseeing the creation of new content, managing social media accounts, refreshing the company's branding, and conducting data analysis.
In July 2019, Kate took on a similar role with the Silicon Valley Urban Debate League (SVUDL). SVUDL hired Kate to strengthen their brand, raise awareness of their work, build a larger online following, and deepen engagement opportunities with current and potential supporters. Kate created an annual marketing strategy & plan, developed a key message deck, managed the organization's website, and created content for emails, social media, and the web.
Kate is currently the marketing director at Ritter Center. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's marketing efforts, including creating and implementing marketing plans, managing social media accounts, overseeing graphic design, conducting data analysis, and leading the team.
Kate Harle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics & English Language from Durham University.
Kate Harle works with Saima Firdoos - Chief Medical Officer, Alice Raschke - Director of Administrative Services, and Kim Baenisch - Chief of Staff. Their manager is Mark Shotwell, Executive Director.
