Bill Benson

Bill Benson has extensive experience in the services industry, particularly in leadership roles. Bill started their career in the United States Air Force as an Officer from June 1994 to December 1999. Afterward, they joined Cisco Systems in December 1999 as Vice President of Services and remained in that role until November 2013. From there, they moved to Avaya, where they held the position of Vice President of Services from November 2013 to October 2015. Bill then joined ConvergeOne as Senior Vice President of Services in October 2015 and stayed until January 2021. Following that, they worked at Genesys as Vice President of Services from January 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Services at Riverbed Technology, starting in May 2022.

Bill Benson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from the United States Air Force Academy from 1990 to 1994. Bill later pursued an MBA from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
