Leo Kotor

Leo Kotor has extensive experience in law enforcement with the Riverside Police Department, having served in various capacities since December 1996. Initially starting as a Sergeant of Patrol, Leo progressed through the ranks to hold titles such as Detective Sergeant, Commander, and Deputy Chief. In July 2017, Leo was promoted to Police Sergeant, continuing to contribute to the department's leadership and operations.
