Jen Palmer

Jen Palmer serves as the Director of Brokerage Talent at Riverstone Logistics, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jen worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Transportation Insight from January 2022 to April 2025 and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at Werner Enterprises from February 2019 to January 2022. Jen's career began at Coyote Logistics, where roles included Southeast Recruiter and Account Specialist from November 2015 to February 2019. Additionally, Jen worked as a Technical Recruiter at STONE Resource Group and held positions at Max Fitness Elite as Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Representative between May 2010 and February 2015. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and Education from Columbus State University, completing studies in 2012.
