Aaron Hoyos is an experienced talent acquisition leader specializing in engineering recruitment within the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Product Development at Rivian since July 2020, Aaron recruits for various technical roles including body, chassis, and battery engineering. Previous roles include Technical Recruiting at Wing, Sr. Manager of Engineering Recruiting at Tesla, and building the Mapping and Logistics team at Uber. Aaron's extensive experience at Tesla spans multiple recruiting positions, fostering talent for areas such as power electronics and propulsion systems, with a notable tenure in Munich, Germany.
