Court Smoots

Court Smoots is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operational management and customer experience. Currently, Court serves as the Manager of Service Support Operations at Rivian, after holding the position of Team Lead in Service Support. Prior to Rivian, Court was the Customer Experience Manager at Allied Insurance Managers, Inc. and spent three years as the Director of Operations at Detroit Optimist Society Restaurant Group. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Apple and event coordination at General Motors. Court holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License from Kaplan University and has also attended Wayne State University.
