Cynthia R.

Cynthia R. is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Lead Talent Partner at Rivian since April 2021, where the focus is on sustainable transportation solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter in G&A at CloudKitchens from November 2019 to April 2021, and at PSAV from August 2017 to October 2019, where high-volume recruitment for technical positions was a key responsibility. Earlier, Cynthia worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Wollborg Michelson Recruiting and PSAV, supporting extensive recruitment processes. In addition, Cynthia held a role as a Closing/Post Closing Assistant at Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation and contributed to Dartmouth College's Office of Admissions by organizing outreach events and overseeing applicant interviews. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and Geography from Dartmouth College, complemented by study abroad experiences at Charles University and Yonsei University.
