Emily Del Toro

Emily Del Toro is the current VP of Total Rewards at Rivian. Emily has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources and has worked for companies such as Atlassian and Intuit.

Del Toro began their career at Intuit in December 2016 as the Director of Executive Compensation, Equity and Retirement Programs. In this role, they were responsible for the development of executive compensation plans and long-term incentive plans. Emily also managed all aspects of executive compensation for director-level employees and above, including cash and equity programs.

In January 2018, Del Toro moved to Atlassian where they took on the role of Head of Total Rewards. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits and compensation. Emily also worked closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure that all executive compensation plans were aligned with company goals and objectives.

Emily Del Toro's educational career began at Pierce College. Emily then transferred to the University of Washington, where they earned their degree.
