Emily Del Toro is the current VP of Total Rewards at Rivian. Emily has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources and has worked for companies such as Atlassian and Intuit.

Del Toro began their career at Intuit in December 2016 as the Director of Executive Compensation, Equity and Retirement Programs.
