Oriana Rosenthal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning, and organizational development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Belonging, Learning & Talent at Rivian since September 2020, Oriana leads various initiatives such as onboarding, employee development, and performance management. Prior to Rivian, Oriana held senior roles at LinkedIn, managing global sales transformation initiatives, and at Tesla, where responsibilities included the development of global sales training and sales process optimization. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from San Jose State University, Oriana also has a rich background in hospitality, with over a decade of experience in various roles before transitioning to corporate settings.
