Oscar Cervantes Huacuja

Oscar Cervantes Huacuja is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in battery systems and electrified powertrains. Currently serving as a Staff Integration Engineer at Rivian, Oscar focuses on battery module design within the Energy Storage sector. Previously, at Canoo, Oscar held the position of Manager of the DRE Battery team, leading design and release efforts for high-voltage battery subsystems. With a strong background at Ford Motor Company, Oscar worked on various roles related to the design, release, and calibration of electrified powertrain components. Earlier experience includes founding and managing Track Days MX, a community focused on amateur motorsports in Mexico, and serving as a packaging engineer at Chrysler. Oscar holds a Master's degree in Technological Innovation Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
