Sabreen Akarah

Sabreen Akarah is an accomplished Manager in Talent Acquisition at Rivian since November 2018, leading recruitment strategies for internships across multiple locations and overseeing full-life cycle recruitment processes. Prior roles at Rivian include Team Leader for University Relations, focusing on strategic partnerships with academic institutions and DEI programs to attract top talent, as well as recruiting for technical positions in Battery Cell Technology and Manufacturing Engineering. Previous experience includes engineering recruitment at Aerotek and a research internship at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, where extensive data analysis was conducted. Sabreen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy Studies from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, earned between 2015 and 2017.
