Chloe Kataev

Chloe Kataev is the Director of Executive Search at Riviera Partners, a firm specializing in placing executive leadership talent in software engineering, product management, and design for innovative companies. Since January 2019, Chloe has been instrumental in driving talent partnerships with tech innovators and investors. Prior to this role, Chloe served as an Associate in Executive Search at Bamboo Talent from October 2017 until its acquisition by Riviera. Earlier experience includes working as a National Sales Planner at OUTFRONT Media and as an English Teacher at Language Link Russia. Chloe holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from both Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and Hunter College. Education was initiated at Brooklyn Technical High School.
