Decio Mendes

Decio Mendes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Decio currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Riviera Partners, a tech-focused recruiting services firm. Prior to this, Mendes was the Chief Executive Officer of 21 Locks Brewing Company and the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of FLYN. Decio also held positions as the Head of Strategy & Learning at Community First Foundation and as the Founder and Partner of Jolt Innovation. Mendes has a strong background in innovation and consulting, having worked as the Head of Innovation Culture & Capability Practice at ?What If! Innovation Partners and as a Senior Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Decio began their career as an Engineer at Haemonetics Corporation. Mendes has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategy, and innovation throughout their career.

Decio Mendes completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute between the years 1988 and 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at The Wharton School from 1996 to 1998, specializing in Marketing and Operations Management.
