John Termotto

John Termotto has extensive experience in executive recruiting and talent management. John currently works as the Director of Executive Recruiting-Product, Engineering & Design at Riviera Partners, where they help companies find executive talent for product management and software engineering roles. Their previous roles include serving as the SVP and Head of Talent at Amherst Holdings, the Vice President of Talent at SolarWinds, the Vice President of HR Technology & Innovation at GE Digital, the Head of Global Talent & West Coast HR Business Partner at Akamai Technologies, and the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at AMD. In these positions, they gained experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and management, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent acquisition strategy, and team building.

John Termotto has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader" certification from LinkedIn. In February 2009, they achieved the Black Belt certification from NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor. Furthermore, in November 2008, they acquired the Certified LEAN Facilitation Skills Trainer certification, also from NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor.
