Miglide Garcon is the VP of Human Resources and Payroll at Rivergate KW Residential, and also works as a Staff Accountant at Starry Night Enterprises. Additionally, Miglide is the CEO/Founder of MG-JIREH Events Planning/ Party Rental/ Decorator. With a diverse background in Human Resources, Miglide has previously worked as a Human Resources Director at Jungle Island. Miglide holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System, an MBA in Human Resources Management, a SPHR in HR, a MAC Degree in Accounting, and is currently pursuing a DHA in General Health Administration.
