Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson has a strong background in IT infrastructure and software development management. Jason started their career as a Systems Engineer at Bank of America in 1998 and then moved on to Intel Corporation in 2000, where they served as an IT Manager. At Intel, Jason was responsible for managing software development organizations and implementing automation solutions. Jason also played a key role in reducing testing time for SAP applications through automation. In 2016, Jason joined Blue Shield of California as a Senior Manager, where they focused on IT infrastructure management, automation, and workflow efficiency. During their time at Blue Shield, they successfully reduced downtime for infrastructure maintenance and implemented central management capabilities. Currently, Jason is working as a Principal Implementation Coach at RLG International, a global organization specializing in performance improvement. In this role, they partner with companies to drive financial performance and improve corporate culture through front-line engagement.
