Katy Hurley has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Katy started their career in 2008 as an Employment Services & HR Officer at Reading Borough Council. Katy then moved on to Gist - Transforming Supply Chains in 2011, where they held positions such as HR Advisor and HR Manager. At Gist, they were responsible for various HR projects, including TUPE & redundancy programs, union negotiations, and development for HR Advisors.
