Dovie Lopez has a diverse work experience in the sales and hospitality industry. Dovie is currently the Director of Sales at RMC, a top destination management company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at RMC and as a Regional Sales Manager at ACCESS Destination Services. Dovie also served as the ILEA Denver Chapter President at the International Live Events Association. Dovie has experience in sales and marketing in the parks and recreation industry, having worked as a Hospitality Sales and Marketing Director and a District Sales and Catering Manager at South Suburban Parks and Recreation. Additionally, Dovie has worked as an Event Designer at Fun Productions and as a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile. Overall, they have a proven track record of successfully managing sales, marketing, and event planning initiatives.

Dovie Lopez CHSP, CWP began their education in 2004 at the University of Hawai‘i System, where they studied Molecular Biology until 2005. In 2006, they enrolled at Metropolitan State University of Denver, earning a degree in Hospitality Tourism and Event Planning with a field of study in Meeting and Event Planning and Sales in 2010.

Dovie Lopez CHSP, CWP also obtained additional certifications. In May 2014, they became a Certified Wedding Planner through The Bridal Society. In February 2017, they obtained the Certified Hospitality Sales Professional certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
