Emma Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Commercial at Retail Marketing International since July 2022, Emma leads a team focused on driving supplier investments for data-driven Shopper Marketing campaigns in Iceland and The Food Warehouse. Previous roles include Head of Sales at Vegums, Sales & Marketing Manager at THE RED BOAT (ICE CREAM PARLOUR) LIMITED, and Global Sales & Marketing Manager at SwimFin. Emma’s career at McGraw-Hill Higher Education spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of General Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations across multiple regions with full P&L accountability. Emma holds a BA in Psychology from Cardiff University and has also contributed to local community initiatives through volunteer work.
