Courtney Spillers has over two decades of experience in the risk analytics and catastrophe risk management field. Spillers began their career at RMS in 2000 as an Analyst, progressing to roles such as Director of Product Acceptance Testing and Senior Director of Model Development. They later joined American Family Insurance as a Catastrophe Risk Management Advisor before returning to RMS in 2016. At RMS, Spillers served as a Senior Director and Vice President in various model development and success roles, showcasing their expertise and leadership in the industry.
Courtney Spillers holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University, with majors in Economics/Finance and Nutrition & Dietetics. In 2005, they obtained the certification of Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst (CCRA) from RMS. Additionally, in 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
