Sara Thompson

Sara Thompson has a strong background in software development and engineering. Sara began their career at Baker Hill in 1994, where they developed OnePath loan origination software for business lending. Sara led a team in developing a new product that streamlined the loan origination process by integrating multiple applications. From 2000 to 2002, Sara worked as a Software Engineer at Interactive Portal, where they developed a web-based, hosted version of the Interactive Intelligence solution. At Interactive Intelligence from 2002 to 2005, they served as a Senior Software Engineer, developing a proprietary web chat application with screen sharing capabilities. Sara then joined System Design Group, Inc. in 2005 as a Senior Java Developer, where they developed a web-based expense reporting system. Since 2006, Sara has been working at The RND Group as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on the development of laboratory software with a recent project involving an intelligent route planner for sample tube routing.

Sara Thompson has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
